On April 1st of this year the Caterpillar emissions App was retired and now you need to check emissions status of your machine on Emissions.cat.com. At first I was quite annoyed, because the app was working fine in my opinion, but the site does seem to work and requesting a new EPA label also goes a lot faster than what I was used to.
I don’t know if this goes for everybody but to request a label you need to go to contact support and then click the link to Emission Certification/Conformance Request. You have to login or create an account there and you will be able to request a label. Please note that you need a DHL or UPS account to pick up the label.
